Humanity's end.I remain forgotten
Even as I lie under this bed of roses
I remain silent
As i watch humanity's eyes closes
Batteling over fames and riches
They end their lives with their own hands
What happened to peace?
What happened to innocence?
It fades away because it never existed
And it's beaten by hunger
Hunger of greed
Hunger of power
Light diminishes, darkness wins
They proclaimed to be of the same kin
But watch as they slay each other
Not knowing he was their own brother
The good lays now ragged
Forgotten and unregarded
Yet i remain forgotten
Even as I lie under this bed of roses
